Overview
Kèr Kshtshkov was founded durring the early 14th century in fall of the year 1331, by Garêbê Hooley. The establishment of Kèr Kshtshkov suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Kshtshkov which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Kèr Kshtshkov was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kshtshkov is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the restrictive flagstone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Astonishigly, the timber-based walls are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
Kèr Kshtshkov has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Kèr Kshtshkov ’s existence was once fed by scholarly pursuits. But the income once drawn in by the works of scribes and academics has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Everywhere about the town one can see abandoned schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual. Even in these times.
Civic Infrastructure

Kèr Kshtshkov possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Kèr Kshtshkov has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Kèr Kshtshkov's natural decorations nor waterways.

While Kèr Kshtshkov has a public leader, the real authority is hidden from outsiders. This ruler may draw their authority from rationales unacceptable to outsiders, they may have cowed the public authority into obedience, or they may have a mutually beneficial private arrangement with the official ruler.
Kèr Kshtshkov's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
